Enquiry & Review

Drawings, samples and service requirements are reviewed against material and tolerance needs.

Design & Metallurgy

Tooling geometry is finalised and the correct die steel and heat-treatment are selected from analysis.

Machining & Heat-Treat

CNC milling, turning and EDM, followed by hardening and tempering to the specified hardness range.

Polish, Fit & Dispatch

Final polishing, dimensional inspection, trial fit and protective packing before on-time dispatch.
